Just compiling a list of what addons work so we don't individually waste time trying to sort through different combinations.

Bartender 4
Surgeon General
Pitbull (Disable Auras)

Big ones I want to know: What raid/Unit frames work. Threat meters. Any class specific type addons.

I was crashing in Dalaran repeatedly so I disabled all my mods (didn't help). I'll tell you what works of mine tonight.

I use a few more, but these are the ones that come to mind, and are functioning well enough to raid.

Rather than listing all the add ons that folks already have listed here, I'll just add that Dominos seems to work fine for me -- and most importantly, perhaps, it works with the dual spec feature.

For each spec you get a completely different set of bars, which will automatically swap when you change specs, though all of the key bindings and settings stay the same (i.e. size, placement, whether a modifier switches between bars, etc) even as the contents of the bars change.

Gatherer was throwing so many errors I had to disable it.
Prat was having trouble with whispers, maybe it was WIM. One of them isn't working well.

Holy Priest on Dunemaul

Here are my favorite MODs I use

xPerl
Used for configuring raid frames
I have tried a few others, but nothing works smother and cleaner then this one. It is perfect for all classes. It may take 5-10 mins to figure out the config side, but it is worth it trust me, I'd even be willing to walk anyone through to set it up, but it really is not that hard.

Quartz
Invaluable to healers and any caster
This mod will replace your casting bar and show you a red section which indicates your latency time! So when you hit red you know (based on server ping time) you can cast at that moment. Which in turn saves you that vital 1 sec that can make or break the fight.

I use a ton of other mods, but I think these two are the most important for healers.

Working:

Dominos
Pitbull4
Quartz

Somewhat working:
Grid: the aggro module is wonky, mostly due to the way blizzard changed their agro reporting. Otherwise it works.
