A: As mentioned earlier we did a major update of PlusHeal that included transferring the entire operational back-end to the Enjin network. Unfortunately, while we were able to copy all of the old content over during this update, we could not copy over user accounts. Thus, you will have to re-register your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope the new look and new functionality of the site will make up for it.
Q: The new site keeps spamming me with e-mails and notifications from that little pop-up dealy on the bottom right side. How do I turn these annoying messages off?
A: Matticus explains how to do so in this thread. Basically, go to Dashboard, then Settings, and uncheck all the boxes for alerts you don't want to receive.
Q: I'm trying to attach my characters to my account but my server isn't listed.
A: Oh it's almost certainly listed. Unfortunately the list just isn't in alphabetical order, and there's no way we can alphabetize it without first removing all servers (and thereby doing bad things to characters that are already registered) and then manually re-listing every server in the correct order. For now, the best solution would be to open the dropdown menu and simply press the first letter of your server's name repeatedly until you find the right one. For example, if you're looking for Ner'zhul (US) you can press the 'N' key 4 times to find it. We've brought this alphabetization concern up to Enjin, though, so hopefully they'll give us a way to properly sort the list at some point.
Q: I re-registered my user name and attached some of my characters, but now the site won't let me post under my user name, just my character names. How do I get it to show my user name again?
A: Matticus has an announcement about that here. Essentially, you have to go to your profile and log out of all of your characters - not being logged into any character will display your user name rather than your character's name.
Q: How do I edit my old, pre-update posts?
A: Unfortunately, you can't anymore.
As Auracen explains in this post, if you have a stickied thread or guild recruitment thread you'd like to update, feel free to just go ahead and make a new thread. In the case of stickies specifically, please also link back to the old thread (so the old discussion is still readily available) and let any of the moderators know and we'll de-sticky the old thread and re-sticky the new one for you. 
Q: How do I stop the forum from auto-subscribing me to threads I post in? Or threads I am the OP of?
A: On the front page look for a link called Preferences (you may have to ctrl+f for it). Click it and uncheck the "Automatically subscribe me to threads that I reply to." box to disable that feature. Unfortunately, though, the forum will still automatically subscribe you to threads which you are the OP of. You'll have to unsubscribe from those manually if that's what you want to do. Threads which you're subscribed to should have this icon in front of their title:

Q: I used to use the mobile version of PlusHeal a lot, but ever since the update it no longer works. Is there a more mobile-friendly version of the site anywhere?
A: Enjin is currently working on making their platform more friendly to mobile devices, but there is no current ETA on when this will be available.

Q: Is there a way to jump to the last post I read or see a list of posts I haven't read yet? The top section and View New Posts page always jump to the very last post in the thread, even if there are others before it that I haven't read yet.
A: It's on Enjin's to-do list, but we have no current ETA.
Q: Does this mean you don't know why I have Derevka's signature?
A: *sigh* Fine. It's a bug, and we have no idea what's causing it. You should be able to fix it by adding a signature of your very own. Now stop bugging me, Derevka, I've got a FAQ to post!
