For strictly 10m raiding, the glyph is less healing over the length of the fight.
Has thinking changed since
this was last discussed? The only fight I can think of where the glyph is obviously a detriment is H Morchok, since only 5 people will be in range.
That discussion assumes 100% use of the extra GCD per 40 seconds being used to cast Rejuv. The reality of a fight is that you are not always filling that extra time with a Rejuv, especially in 10m when 2 healing and you're doing more than 100% focused spamming WG and Rejuv across the raid. It also assumes 100% usage of WG on CD, which is not always the case (most of the time, yes). In 25m where a Druid is assigned to raid healing, the glyph is practically unarguably better. In 10m where any healer is doing both raid and tank healing, the glyph doesn't hold water as tightly in application.
Technically speaking, unglyphed is higher HPS until you hit the 6th cast, where it is then the same amount of healing / HPS as glyphed and the 5th cast. From that perspective, if you are not 100% using WG on CD and not 100% using that extra GCD to cast Rejuv (ie. 10m), you'll do more healing unglyphed than with.
I can post numbers to help illustrate if you would like.
