[HOLY] Paladin 4.3 BiS List

I figure I may as well attach this list of Holy Paladin gear to this thread, so Paladins who want to explore their looting options (either because they can't get the BiS item or because they disagree with Easygoes' stat priorities) can easily see what's available.

This is just a list of the new raiding gear available in Patch 4.3: Hour of Twilight. It does not include heroic raid gear or Raid Finder gear (since they're not too different from normal raid gear in terms of source and stat allocation), nor PvP gear, and is not meant as a best in slot list - just a gear list to make it easier to find potential upgrades. The list is sorted first by slot, then by item level, and finally into alphabetical order.
