Here is a 5 man guide I made for LearntoRaid.com. It's actually my first dungeon guide ever so I hope it's useful for people. Here's some additional healery notes:

Echo of Baine: Yes you can lifegrip people drowning in lava. Concentrate on getting out of the lava first, don't pause to try and heal people, though you can use instants of course. Even if your dps don't notice the totem, take the time to throw it back if you can, it really speeds up the fight. Dispel! Don't try to outheal the debuff on the tank. Baine does get a damage taken debuff when he's stunned so AA priests might like to take advantage of that.

Echo of Jaina: When I did the instance weeks ago the Frostbolt Volley could be interrupted. However, this past week or so it couldn't. Since I wasn't sure how it would end up on live I avoided saying one way or the other. Nothing too intense during this fight.

Echo of Sylvanas: Help the dps on the ghoul. I did have a rogue one time able to jump over the purple stuff and survive Sacrifice but the timing is really iffy. If you wait long enough for the purple stuff to be small enough to jump over, you won't have enough time to get 10yrds away. So, just do this the right way.

Echo of Tyrande: You can dispel the moonlance stun... if you want to. Sometimes people need to learn the hard way not to stand in bad stuff.

Murozond: Like I mentioned, all cooldowns are reset each time you click on the hourglass. So you will essentially have infinite mana (since mana is restored, and you can use mana cd's each time). Don't be afraid to spam your fast heals. I typically spammed flash heal on everyone, and when we got the Blessing of the Bronze Dragonflight haste buff I switched to PoH spammage.

When I recorded this everyone's ilvl was throttled to 353, so keep that in mind as you're watching the video.

This dungeon will be really easy for people who already used to raiding mechanics and who are situationally aware. If you're in a random pug with people that have poor understanding of mechanics and who put out <10k dps like I had to endure... well, good luck with that.

Indeed, this dungeon is my favorite, and the last boss is most definately the most fun I've had in a heroic in ages, whee for near constant heroism+div favor+wings+guardian, lol! =D I have yet to really need all those cd's, but it's too much fun, and we just keep getting to cast them, hehe. =D

That was you? I LOVE the 5-man guides^^ Thanks for the great work.
I found Murozond either to be fun or very stressing, nothing in between =/ Sometimes people just like to put down the bombs all around the hourglass.
Question: When I was standing in melee range me and the Ret Paladin wasn't targeted for the bombs. Is it possible to have just one person in a ranged position so it's more controllable where they are placed?

Yarp that's me :p You know, I am not sure. I think I remember trying to stand in melee to avoid getting bombs and it still targeted me anyway.. but that was in the ptr.
